Taste of Thai is a division of Fresnaye & Company LLC. This policy explains what happens to information when you visit tasteofthaifood.com.
What we collect
Nothing you provide. The site has no contact form, no reservation system, no ordering, and no account of any kind. There is no field on this site in which to enter your name, your address, or anything else.
No cookies, and no analytics. We set no cookies. We run no analytics product, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracking script of any kind.
What our server records
Like every web server, ours writes a log entry when a page is requested. That entry contains your IP address, the time of the request, the page or file requested, and the browser identification your device sends. These logs exist so the site can be kept secure and working — diagnosing errors, and identifying automated abuse.
They are not used to build a profile of you, are not combined with anything else, and are not shared with anyone for marketing. They are held only as long as needed for security and diagnostics, and then discarded.
Who your information is shared with
No one. We do not sell, rent, or trade information about visitors, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers. The only parties who ever see the server logs described above are Fresnaye & Company personnel maintaining the site.
Where the site is hosted
The site runs on infrastructure operated by Fresnaye & Company, not on a third-party website builder or content platform. Nothing on the page loads from an outside service.
When the restaurant opens
Reservations, ordering, and similar features will collect information — a name, a contact detail, an order. None of that exists today. This policy will be rewritten and republished before any such feature goes live, and the "last updated" date above will change to reflect it. We will not begin collecting anything under a policy that says we do not.
Children
This site is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal information about visitors beyond transient server logs, there is in practice nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you believe otherwise, or want to ask what is held about you, write to support@fresnaye.com and we will answer.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be reflected there before any change in practice takes effect.
