These terms govern your use of tasteofthaifood.com. By using the site, you accept them. The site is operated by Taste of Thai, a division of Fresnaye & Company LLC, a Washington, DC company.

Please note: the restaurant has not opened. Everything on this site is an announcement, not an offer — no booking, order, or reservation can be made here, and nothing on the site creates an agreement to supply anything.

1. What this site is

This site exists to announce a forthcoming restaurant. Its contents are provided for general information. Details that have not yet been fixed — opening date, location, menu, hours, pricing — may change without notice, and nothing stated here is a commitment that any of them will take a particular form.

2. Use of the site

You may browse the site and share links to it. You may not attempt to breach its security, access any part of it not intended to be public, misrepresent an affiliation with Taste of Thai or Fresnaye & Company, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The Taste of Thai name and emblem, the Fresnaye name and signature mark, and the text, imagery and design of this site are the property of Fresnaye & Company or its licensors. You may not reproduce the branding without written permission.
